Policies

We will be available during two different windows (one morning and one evening) for pickup and drop-offs; 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon.  The only day that this differs is Sunday, and certain holidays.  While we will always do our best to answer the phone all day, we cannot guarantee we will be in the office all hours of the day.  If you do not reach us please leave a voicemail with a contact number and we will get back to you as quickly as possible; usually within the hour.  The main reason for this is that we try to spend as much time as possible with the dogs here at The Estate; photographing, feeding, cleaning, playing outside, etc.  We also limit our hours due to the disruption and stress associated with people and animals coming and going.  We want dogs to relax while staying with us, with as little outside stress introduced into their lives as possible.

All boarding and day care is by reservation only.  Please make reservations as far in advance as possible.

ALL reservations require a 30% deposit for the stay in order to secure the reservation.  We require 24 hours notice for cancellations of a reservation.  Any cancellations within that 24 hours are subject to forfeiture of the 30% deposit. 

Our staff has the right and responsibility to remove a dog from playgroup for aggression, or any other reason they feel necessary for the safety and welfare of all the other dogs and peoples; as well as turn away any dog that we feel may be a danger or detriment to our other guests and/or staff.

Pickups and Drop-offs after hours are available with advance notice, for a fee per dog.
